The new TimePilot Extreme is designed for outdoor use, though it can be used indoors as well. Made of weather resistant, powder- coated cast aluminium it is perfectly suited for use at construction sites where it will be exposed to the elements. The TimePilot Extreme is locked down to prevent theft and can be easily moved to another site when necessary.

About TimePilot Standard:

With the TimePilot Standand time and attendance system, employees clock in with an iButton at a wall or desk mounted timeclock. The iButton identifies the employee to the system and is unique making “buddy-punching” much more difficult.

When employees clock in and out, their name and, optionally, the number of work hours they have accumulated in the current pay period appear on the screen. At the same time, the clock-in or clock-out data is transmitted instantly to your PC or server and a supervisor can see that the employee is clocked in or out.

If you have a network, you can have multiple TimePilot Standard timeclocks throughout your facility, all feeding their data into a single database on your server (each TimePilot Standard timeclock needs to be cabled to a PC). TimePilot Standard can also be combined with TimePilotExtreme and/or TimePilot PC to create a unique time and attendance system to fit the needs of your business. All TimePilot time and attendance systems use the same software.

The amount of time needed to prepare data for payroll is drastically cut- because the computer counts the hours.

About TimePilot PC

TimePilot PC is a software based time and attendance system. Employees click on the image of a timeclock on their computer screens to clock in and clock out. The basic package includes licenses for installation on up to five computers. Employees can clock in/out at any of the five computers. Additional, inexpensive licenses may be purchased allowing employees to clock in/out at their desks. TimePilot PC can accommodate up to 2,000 users. If you have a need for greater security you can also have employees clock in/out with an iButton or a Biometric Fingerprint Reader. Both help to eliminate “buddy punching”.

TimePilot PC can drastically shorten the amount of time needed to prepare data for payroll.

As employees clock in or out their status is instantly displayed updated on the TimePilot In/Out Manager screen.

iButton

With the optional Blue Dot Receptor, a small device that attaches to a USB port, employees can use iButtons to identity themselves to the system.

Biometric Fingerprint Reader

To eliminate “buddy punching”, the optional Biometric Fingerprint Reader can identify employees to the system by their fingerprints- for the ultimate in security.

TimePilot Management Software

The Timepilot Management Software consists of four modules:

  • In/Out Manager: Show the clocked-in/clocked-out status of all employees in real time.
  • Hardware Manager: Used to connect the PC and timeclock.
  • Configuration Manager: This password protected module is used to configure your system and set up employees on the system.
  • Transaction Manager: Supervisors use this password protected module to prepare their time and attendance data for payroll. In it they can modify the data, generate reports and export the data in a formmat that can be read by a spreadsheets program like microsoft Excel or by many of the leading payroll services and software packages.

What is an iButton?

The iButton is a 16 millimeter computer chip encased in a water tight stainless steel container smaller than a dime. The container is attached to a plastic keyfob designed to fit on a keychain. Each iButton has a unique ID number which is detected by the lock when the user taps his or her iButton to it. The iButton is unaffected by magnetic fields, metal detectors, water and most chemicals. The stainless steel iButton container is rugged enough to withstand harsh environments and durable enough for everyday use. It can be dropped, stepped on, scratched or even worn while swimming. The iButton is wear-tested for 10 year durability and can be reassigned quickly and securely. iButtons are used with the TimePilot Time and Attendance systems as well as the iButton Locks.
